1. Order & Pricing,

Price Changes: Prices of products displayed on the website are subject to change at any time. However, once your order is confirmed, the price will not change.

Order Cancellation & Refund: If we need to cancel any order due to stock issues, we will inform the customer promptly and issue a fast refund (where applicable).

2. Delivery Policy,

Delivery Area: We provide home delivery services all over Bangladesh.

Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 1-3 days inside Dhaka and 3-5 days outside Dhaka. (However, it may take slightly longer due to unexpected or natural circumstances).

3. Return & Refund,

Product Checking Rule: Please check and verify the product properly upon delivery before making the payment to the delivery person.

Used Products:

Any product that has been used will not be returnable under any circumstances.

In Case of Problems: If a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is found, it will be exchanged or refunded subject to proper proof (such as an unboxing video or photos).

4. Order Cancellation,

TaybaMax reserves the absolute right to cancel any order if it is placed using incorrect or fraudulent information.
